Whenever you are in doubt, take a pregnancy test to see for sure if you are pregnant. Girls do not only bleed because they are having their period. You may be bleeding because you are taking antibiotics. Read this article about antibiotics and how it affects your birth control because Penicillin does interfere with your birth control. You may also be bleeding for other reasons, for an example, check out this article on post sex bleeding.
